读后感: 1996年5月10日,珠穆朗玛峰上的一场风暴,使得12名登山者遇难。这是珠峰登山史上遇难人数最多的一天。本书作者参与了此次的登山过程,通过其作为新闻记者专业和冷静的分析能力,将这次山难的全过程写成《进入空气稀薄地带》这本书。
这是我好几个月前阅读的书,可是至今仍令我印象深刻,不仅因为作者的文笔极好,将当时危急紧张的时刻完整地用文字呈现在我的面前,更因为这是一个真实的故事。书里提及的各种人物,包括为了救人而牺牲自己的新西兰籍向导霍尔、身材娇小最后被活活冻死的日本女登山者康子、行为夸张却侥幸生存下来的女明星皮特曼、在往后日子出版《攀登》一书抨击本书的向导布克列夫等,他们都是真实存在的。无论山难后是生是死,他们在过程中都扮演了重要的角色,而他们所经历的一切也让我深深感受到当下的痛苦、绝望和害怕。看完这本书,犹如自己站在不同的时空,在旁一起经历着一场举世震惊的山难。
我曾经攀登过几座山,其中海拔最高的要数在新西兰攀登的瑙鲁赫伊火山,海拔仅为2200米,和珠穆朗玛峰的8848米相比,简直是小巫见大巫。可是当时因为自己的鲁莽和经验不足,犯下了许多错误,直接导致了当时差点受困于山上的险境。而当年的这几支登山队,从一开始的攀岩绳没有搭好,到氧气筒数量不足,再到领队纵容队员不顾时间逗留在顶峰上,都为这次山难造成的巨大人命伤亡,埋下了伏笔。当康子已经躺在雪地里奄奄一息、无力动弹,却仍不放弃生存希望,睁大眼睛乞求途径的人能施予援手,她当时内心的恐惧和无助感,也因为我曾经经历过的事而更为触动我的心。现在回想起他们的遭遇,仍会让我陷入沉思当中。
虽然这起山难已经过了十几年,可是通过Jon Krakauer的这本书,使这件事能永远地被记载下来,作为对后人的教训。我相信阅读完此书的人,都会对大自然产生无比的敬畏,并且知道,人类要战胜大自然,是多么可笑和愚蠢的想法。

麦坎德里斯的走入荒野之旅在专家的眼中是自大的,因为他的装备严重不足;在覆盖着冬雪的荒野中,他连基本防水靴子也没有!唯一可以指引他方向的,也只是一张破烂不堪的洲际公路图。但是,我却能理解他的行为,他把旅途所需要的条件还原得越原始,就越接近他理想征途。这跟一些勇士无氧(不带氧气筒)登珠穆朗玛峰其实异曲同工的道理,虽然他最终还是失败了,但是,他离成功仅仅只有一步之遥!
从小,我总希望我可以放下一切去世界各地进行各种冒险之旅,去体验各种不同的生活模式。后者我可能已经体验过了,但是前者却还是让我踌躇不前,也许是我不够勇气,也或许是我不能放下的事情太多了。或许,那些去登山或者去丛林探险的勇者,他们做出的第一个选择就是放下,唯有放下一切在意的人或事物,人才会有勇气向死亡挑战!
看了这本书之后,使我更向往出走荒野的旅程,另一方面,也使我更加珍惜身边的人。这是非常矛盾的,但是,或许有一天我还是会潇洒的走出去,去寻找真正的自己。

The author preferred to present his ideas in separated brief subtitled texts, to guide readers quickly to them aims, also readers hoping to enhance them reading skills will find this book a good choice as I found it. Change the Mood to live, is absolutely a good introduction to human mood and quality of life. It analyzes social relations and how affect happiness, reveals the human psychology and mistakes can we full in, and describes briefly that everyone owns happiness, few people have the key to take it out when others don’t know how to do that, where the majority of them still seeking away...
